Why "ArDEnt Performance"?
AR DENT (adj.) - immensely devoted to someone or something; passionate
Use the definition written above and try reading it as "performance immensely devoted to someone or something". We believe that "someone" is you and that "something" is the goal of living your healthiest life. Ardent Performance is built on the dream of helping the community care for the human body and we exist to pursue that dream wholeheartedly. We want you to feel set free from the barriers preventing you from reaching your goals.

When deciding on a gym name, our owner ran across some tips for brainstorming, one of which suggested using variations of a name. Claire's middle name is Arden (Ardent without the 't') and she shares this name with her dad. Claire likes to credit the beginning of her love for fitness to him. Rob Crist is an avid runner and triathlete and he got his oldest daughter into running 1-mile road races at age 6. Now, they both share the joy of exercising and pushing themselves to new heights. As a tribute to her dad, Claire excitedly chose her name for the gym, knowing their shared middle name would be included.
